Doing What Comes Naturally
Late summer seems to be skipper season, and My Florida Backyard is full of Long Tailed Skippers. We caught this female laying eggs on some type of legume plant that's growing along the fence.

nice shots! Those skippers are the unsung butterfly heroes if you ask me.
ReplyDeleteThose are great shots. Whenever I see a skipper, I say outloud, Hey Skipper ... I talk to other critters too, I just can't seem to help myself. :-)
